Shipping is exclusively available within the continental United States. Orders are dispatched every Monday and Tuesday.

Orders exceeding $85 qualify for complimentary USPS Priority Mail shipping. For orders below $85, a shipping fee of $12 will be applied.

We provide both full and partial refunds depending on the condition of the plants, available up to one week after delivery.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
